Shipping policy

Please note Luna E11 can only estimate and cannot guarantee shipping times. Once a package is scanned by the carrier it means it is in the care of the carrier. Any shipping updates will come directly from the USPS or UPS. If for some reason your package is missing an update or showing as delayed, it does not mean your package is lost, occasionally packages experience delays in shipping. If your package is deemed lost, stolen, or undeliverable (please be sure you have registered and provided Luna E11 with your correct shipping address), LunaE11 Creative Works will make every effort to help locate your package by providing all available shipping information. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for a missing package or delivery delays with any carrier.
